I provide individual care for each patient that comes to my office. Individualization takes time; when the patient is in the office and when reviewing and managing the charts throughout the year. Therefore, we do not accept health insurance plans.

We do submit insurance claims for all patients that have out of network benefits.

For Medicare patients, I am a nonparticipating participant. The patient pays the designated fee that has been established by Medicare. The claims are submitted on behalf of the patient.
